I have a question. Or so. If the the idea of sephirothic emanation dates form the 12th century, what ideas know acknowledged under the title “Kabbalah” were floating around the days that Jesus would have been around? And where would those ideas have been found?

i.e: the concept of Shekinah, and the mystic union of the male and female — how far back does that go?
